• Managing Partner - Adreamz Institute located at SB3
  September 2014-Present - 1540 East Lake Road, Suite 301 Erie, PA
  What an amazing venture. Pairing up with Erie Management Group and their visionary Samuel Patrick Black III to create economic transformation in Erie County. We are expanding operations from the Booker T Washington Center to include the SB3 Industrial Park. Our short term goal is to expand the Industrial Parks innovative assets and to create a critical mass of driven entrepreneurs, funding and capacity building resources, and mentors.
• Co-Founder - Synergy Cyber Charter School
  October 2013-Present - Oakmont, PA
  Teaming with CEO of Charter Choices to create an "outcomes based" best practice around online K-12 education. Synergy Cyber Charter will provide a collaborative learning environment that guarantees to give all students an equal opportunity to advance to an accredited form of post secondary education regardless of their socio economic status while gaining the skills needed to hold a job, start a business, and demonstrate year after year improvement in their education attainment. Our team has collectively run business operations for over 30 Charter Schools. Our intention is to create a unique cyber charter school that provides high quality education in light of the overt failure in the field of education. I am completely humbled and honored to participate as a role player and partner in this journey.
• Managing Partner - Adreamz Institute at Ciright Collaboration Center
  October 2013-Present - 7 union hill road, west conshohocken pa 19428
  Advanz/ Adreamz Institute partnered with CEO of Ciright Systems Inc to rollout an elite co working space and physical incubator in West Conshohocken. We are a partner site for the 925-HELP network and plan to host 10 High Growth Companies that are in need of HQ. Our facility is located in a Keystone Innovation Zone and our companies can apply for the Tax Credit and Research Grants. The companies selected will be strategic and or existing clients. Ciright has pioneering patents in the digital out of home realm and we are looking for disruptive companion technologies.
• Member Board of Directors - Consortium for Entrepreneurship Education
  November 2012-Present - Columbus, Ohio Area
  It is an amazing honor to serve on the Board of Directors for Dr. Ashmore my beloved mentor. The Consortium for Entrepreneurship Education is celebrating it's 31st Anniversary as one of the leading and longest standing entrepreneurial education entities. We focus on empowering communities to embrace entrepreneurial education as a life long learning process.
• National Entrepreneurship Week created the Pennsylvania Entrepreneurship Leadership Team (300 Entrepreneurial Assets PELT), www.nationaleweek.com. Incredible progress in 2008 and 2009. Traveled to Harrisburg, Erie, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia each year. Held the National Kick off Event in Erie, PA 2009 Splash Lagoon commemorating the passing of Erie Top Entrepreneur John Kanzius and Present at the National Close Out Event hosted by Carnegie Mellon University, Small Business Administration, and the YWCA.
• NEW Cont-Held Closing Event in Philadelphia at the Enterprise Center located at the Home of the American Band Stand and at Economic Development Corporation of Erie County. 2008 Directed and Scripted a 30 minute resources guide video in partnership with Stellar Media Group we called "the diverse face of Erie's entrepreneurship educators, advocates, transformational people
  and projects," which was posted on Cisco Systems and the Consortium for Entrepreneurship Educations Networks and was ranked in the top 5 Best Video’s.www.nationaleweek.org\summit. Attached NEW 2008-9 Review Media and Photos.
• Proclamations and Letters of Support acquired in 2008 Governor Edward Rendell, PA Department of Education, Department of Community and Development, the Late Lt. Governor Knoll, Governor’s Commission on African American Affairs, Erie County Executive and Mayor, Congressman Phil English, House Representative Curt Sonney and Team PA Foundation.
• NEW 2009 Senator Arlen Specter put forth a proclamation to the Advanz, llc and the PA Entrepreneurship Leadership Team which was organizing an booth at the Career Fair hosted by Duquesne University. PELT, Duquesne Entrepreneurs Alliance, Duquesne SDBC, Local and Regional Entrepreneurs Joanne Bartone Photographer, Eric Boris Consulting, and AdVanz, LLC hosted a booth at the Career Fair introducing Self Employment as a viable career path.
• GEW 2008 Derek Green legal council to a City Councilwomen awarded the PE Entrepreneurship Leadership Team with a Proclamation. Philadelphia City Council declared Nov 17 -23 Global Entrepreneurship Week in Philadelphia.
• 2008-9 Advanz and the PA Entrepreneurship Leadership Team Sponsored Future CEO Stars Magazine coverage for the Governor’s School for Global Entrepreneurship at Lehigh University, Student Entrepreneurs from Temple University and Duquesne University’s Duquesne Entrepreneurial Alliance, Students In Free Enterprise at Carnegie Mellon University and Susquehanna University, and Drexel Entrepreneurs Alliance. www.futureCEOstars.com.
  
• Advanz, llc served on Advisory Board which organized the Health Checkup Summit which facilitated several health screenings for the Erie County residents with no insurance in partnership with Highmark, Community Health Net, Booker T Washington, St. Vincent Hospital, Stellar Media Group, and Ascend Public relations. 100 People Served.
• Pa Regional Director for Global Entrepreneurship Week
  www.unleashingideas.org. PA had three cities in the “10 Top Ten in Entrepreneurial Cities making PA the 2nd Most Active State in the USA. Launched Inaugural Event with 40 partners and Entrepreneurs13 Countries for a “ Not So” Speed Networking Around the Globe in Philadelphia called UnleashPhilly( Please look at materials attached Cheapo Records Artists.) Launched and Support UnleashPhilly.org hosted and designed by Ray Katz. Unleashingpittsburgh.org was created by Pittsburgh University. PA Blogger was Sonna Entrepreneur and Carnegie Mellon Doctoral Student. The event was featured in the Small Business Administration, Enterprise Center, Erie Regional Chamber, and InnovationPhiladelphia’s monthly news letters. We recieved 2 Write Ups in the Keystone Edge Magazine and Funtimes Magazine created by Eric Izerbir, and events that inspired in every corner of the Commonwealth. Created 6 hours worth of video.
• Created the Adreamz Institute and the Urban STEM Career Institute, as part if the Cisco Entrepreneur Institute. I am bringing together resources in an effort to become one of the first CEI in the nation to Erie. My goal with this is to help PA Entrepreneurs, Businesses, Municipalities, and disenfranchised Rural and Urban youth gain a better understanding how to harness information\ communication technology for the personal and professional gain. This will be a statewide rollout. Attached Graphs and Papers.
• 2007 Urban Erie Incubator Project. Project Managed and Fund Raised for The feasibility study was funded by a grant submitted through DCED
• 2007 Advocated for 250,000 Dollars for a Startup Minority focused CDFI from the PA Minority Business Development Agency. 2009 Facilitating community partners for this agency.
• August 31st 2009 Advanz, llc secured financing from Erie based CCDC and officially provided funding for our first MBE.
• Presented my model for Erie Future Foundation Concept Paper in
  November 2008 at The Consortium for Entrepreneurship Educations Conference in Austin TX. Presenting 2 sessions in 2009 Annual Event. One of Four state leaders asked to present at the Consortium’s Annual Meeting on State Leadership.
• Designed poster presentation at the June 4-6 at Penn State Main for the Rural Land Grant, Youth Entrepreneurship Symposium being hosted by Northeast Region Center for Rural Development, http://nercrd.psu.edu Cooperative extention.
• Founding Member of the Statewide Political Policy initiative to retain young adults in the commonwealth leveraging” Entrepreneurship, Education, and Empowerment.”
• Present to the Consortium of Entrepreneurship Board of Directors November 7th in Norfolk at their Annual Dinner.
• UnleashErie, UnleashPA, and UnleashTIME was featured in Keystone Edge Magazine, Innovation Daily, and the Erie Times.
• Launched the first Professional Development Program for the Drop In Center in Erie PA at the Mental Health Association. Created program called D.I.A.L.S and the public relations campaign MHA Makeover.
• Supplied equipment for voice, video, data for Dwayne Cooper Enterprises for the Presque Isle Downes Casino project.
• Manage National Problem Gambling Awareness Week Campaign for Northwest PA 2007-2008.
